What I Do

I advise, consult analyze and write for companies of all sizes on social media strategy.  I have a pretty broad menu of services with frequent daily specials.

Among my favorites:

  • Workshop/Roundtables I spend a half-day with an organization, spending half the time presenting to groups about an assigned social media topic. The second half is an open roundtable discussion of specific issues related to the organization or group.
  • Proprietary analysis. Organization assign me a question or problem to examine. I talk to people inside the company, in their markets and communities and to other people prominent in social media. Then write a clear report on my findings, making specific, pragmatic recommendations.
  • Braiding journalism I am know for interviewing diverse people about social media. I can be a guest blogger who interviews your star employees or best customers. The content appears on your blog with my byline and we are transparent that I was paid to do this. You gain the authenticity of of an outside professional interviewer-writer.
  • Mentor/coach/advisor. I can help your internal team use social media to achieve business goals and help your team learn the finer points of succeeding with social media.
  • Other. If it involves social media strategy and is challenging, I’m probably interested in it.
