It is up to companies to accomodate customers to become truly entangled with their business, it is customers' benefit that may allow them to infiltarte to customers' communities and digital habitats. This reciprocal tango must become active on both sides of the symbiotic relations to allow a more transparent, trustworthy relation, in sync with the web's culture, customers' needs and hence companies' gain.
